As a focus for the Bradford Woodhouse Grove Circuit Mission week we asked groups connected to churches in the circuit (both adult and chilren's) along with local schools to take part in an exciting art project.
Inspired by Anthony Gormley's "Field" sculpture (35000 clay figures) we created our own sculpture representing the story of the feeding of the 5000.
We had a fantastic response, and were delighted that all the schools who participated asked us to share assembly with them.

Mission prayer
Gracious God, bless your Church in the Bradford Woodhouse Grove Circuit. May we be led by your Spirit, filled by your Grace, committed to your will and devoted to your service. May we find the right words for all who ask to know the hope we have within us. Give us confidence to trust you in all that you ask of us, and humility to receive all that you offer us.
We pray for the team of Cliff College students, their leader, Andy Day, and his mentor, Steve Wild. Give them insight and understanding, enthusiasm and energy, care and compassion in all they do. We pray for each church, those who give leadership, those who offer hospitality, all who help in any way.
Bless those we know personnaly who need our love and yourse. Give us the grace, we pray, that by word, action and prayer we may be for them the light of love they crave.
We pray in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord.
